Pet Policy
Our community is pet friendly and we allow up to a maximum of two pets per-residence with a combined weight of no more than 90 lbs. Monthly pet rent is $20 per-pet, per-month. There is also a one-time, non-refundable pet fee that ranges from $175 - $325 for each household. There is also a $200 refundable pet deposit for unfurnished units. Furnished units will vary case by case. In some instances fish and birds are allowed as pets, but you will need to check with the leasing office. Breed restrictions apply for dogs: We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita
